Main Responsibilities
Drive Sonocoβs target to reduce risk exposures and implement Safety Differently initiatives, creating site-level annual action plans for local plant management to execute daily. Analyze data and utilize systems to focus on leading indicators and prevent potential life-changing events. Produce and share reports/data regularly with management. Foster a safety culture aimed at continually reducing accident/incident frequency. Define, implement, and support safety strategies. Advise on equipment standards and best practices. Provide training supporting systems and legislation. Conduct accident/incident investigations and manage improvement schedules. Benchmark and leverage best practices. Offer support and advice on legislation and corporate requirements.

Qualifications and Knowledge Required
Degree qualified – Tech IOSH; NEBOSH Certificate; Local country legal qualification.
Skills, Experience, and Attitude Required
- Experience in health & safety management within a manufacturing environment, ideally continuous process.
