Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an experienced Acquisition Manager specializing in buy-side and leasing negotiations of Hotels and Vacation Investment Homes across Europe and Asia. The Acquisition Manager will oversee the acquisition of new properties, build relationships with property owners and agents, conduct market analysis, and negotiate terms. This includes cash offers, corporate leases, VTBs, and creative finance deals on tourism-zoned properties. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with the sales team and our CEO.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management or real estate transactions
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for tracking and managing properties
- Ability to work remotely 9-6pm under direction from CEO
- Experience in international vacation rental market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Preferred realtor connections in France, Italy, Eastern Europe and Asia.
- Must be based in UK or Europe, or have experience within the real estate space in these markets.
