VP Strategic Transactions

Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Function: Growth The Role Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving transformative growth through strategic transactions? At Sonnedix, we are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Strategic Transactions to lead high-impact acquisitions and divestments that align with our growth objectives. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end transaction processes, from identifying and evaluating opportunities to overseeing integration. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that acquisitions align with our investment principles, risk appetite, and strategic goals while delivering significant value to our jurisdiction footprint. As a key member of our Growth team, you will work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders to originate and execute transformational deals. Your work will directly support Sonnedix’s mission to accelerate the global transition to renewable energy while maintaining our reputation as a leader in the energy sector. Desirable Skills: Previous experience in M&A or related sector such as Investment Banking, Project Finance, or Energy player Demonstrated track record of deal-making, including platform acquisitions and managing the full transaction lifecycle Strong leadership and project management capabilities Exceptional relationship management skills with a highly collaborative and team-oriented approach Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex investment opportunities and optimize assets to achieve hurdle rates.
