Sonnedix is seeking a Reward & Performance Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of our annual performance and salary review cycle across multiple countries. You will ensure data accuracy, process discipline and timely execution, and you will interact with senior stakeholders to drive fairness and consistency.
This three-month contract reports to the Head of Reward & Performance and sits within the People team.
