Are you looking to build your legal career in a fast-paced international renewable energy business where your work can contribute to a more sustainable future? The Legal Workplacement / Intern role is part of the Sonnedix Legal team and reports to the Principal Legal Counsel, Corporate. The role will support legal transactional work, corporate governance, KYC and corporate secretarial matters across the UK and other Sonnedix jurisdictions, including the Netherlands and Bermuda. Working closely with the Legal team and business stakeholders, the successful candidate will help support legal and compliance needs while ensuring alignment with Sonnedix policies and governance standards.

The role will also support the drafting and review of corporate governance documentation, legal templates and compliance-related matters, providing excellent exposure to international legal operations within the renewable energy sector. The role requires attendance at the Sonnedix London office at least 2 business days per week.
