We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Change Management Intern to join our Digital team in London, reporting to the Change Manager. In this role, you will support the Change Management team in developing the internal Digital website and delivering key Change Management and communication activities across Sonnedix. As a Change Management Intern, you will gain exposure to how digital transformation and organisational Change Management initiatives are planned, communicated, and embedded across a global business.
The Change Management Intern will support the coordination and delivery of Change Management initiatives, including drafting, editing, and publishing digital content such as updates, FAQs, process pages, project information, and visuals. You will also assist in preparing communication materials including presentations, newsletters, guides, and other change artefacts, while helping to track feedback, usage analytics, and user needs for the website. Working closely with the Change Manager, Digital Product Owners, and cross-functional teams, you will help coordinate information, align messaging, support stakeholder engagement activities such as workshops and surveys, and contribute creative ideas to enhance communication and user engagement across the organisation.
Desirable skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with website or content-management platforms such as SharePoint, Wix, WordPress, or similar
- Ability to design visually engaging digital content, including infographics, page layouts, and communication materials
- Foundational understanding of stakeholder communication and collaboration in a project or transformation environment
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously
- Interest in exploring and using digital and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and productivity
