We’re looking for a proactive People Associate to join our People Team in London, supporting our Centre of Excellence on an 18 month fixed-term contract. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full employment lifecycle – from onboarding and internal mobility to talent development and DEI initiatives – within a collaborative, high-performing environment that values curiosity, inclusion, and continuous learning.
In this varied role, you’ll coordinate and support a range of learning, onboarding, and recruitment activities while working closely with stakeholders across the People Team and the wider business. You’ll play a key part in managing development programs, improving onboarding experiences, enhancing digital systems, and supporting project delivery. The People Associate role is perfect for someone eager in building facilitation, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, while actively contributing to continuous improvement across our talent and learning practices.
Desirable skills:

  • Experience working across the People life-cycle with a keen interest in talent acquisition, development and DEI.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A pro-active Curious Learner with a continuous improvement mindset who is keen to develop new skills
  • Effective written and verbal communicator, able to liaise across a variety of stakeholders and levels.
  • Confident using digital tools and platforms (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, LMS, scheduling tools); familiarity with IT/HR system integration is a plus.
