Sonnedix is accelerating its transformation into a digitally-enabled energy company. The Tech Fluency Lead is a hands-on, fixed-term role responsible for the practical enablement and adoption of AI tools, digital platforms, and data-driven ways of working - ensuring our technology investments translate into real capability and measurable impact.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will leverage your tech-fluency and AI knowledge to design and deliver engaging training and initiatives across a range of formats – newsletters, workshops, drop-in clinics, on-demand content and more - and build reusable assets that help employees confidently use tools and platforms including AI tools such as CoPilot, Claude, other M365 tools and Sonnedix’s proprietary platforms. Partnering with the Digital team, you will lead adoption across concurrent tool rollouts, run champions networks and feedback loops, and act as a translator between Digital, People, and business teams.

A core part of the role is establishing how we measure and grow tech fluency at Sonnedix. You will lead the assessment framework, measure baselines, track progress, and use the insights to target interventions where they will have the greatest impact.

Desirable skills:

  • Background in digital enablement, AI training, or technology adoption (degree or equivalent experience).
  • Track record of designing and delivering hands-on training and/or change management programmes that drive measurable behaviour change at scale.
  • High personal fluency with AI tools and enterprise platforms (e.g. SAi, Copilot, Claude, SAP, SharePoint).
  • Working understanding of how technology ecosystems connect - integrations, data flows, and the basics of data quality and governance.
  • Experience designing capability assessments or measurement frameworks and using the insights to target interventions.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex topics.
  • Confident stakeholder management across Digital, People, and business teams.
