The Role
Want to help turn AI opportunities into real business value? As AI Deployment Lead, you’ll manage Sonnedix’s portfolio of AI use cases from initial request through delivery and into production. Working directly with business subject matter experts, you’ll shape opportunities into clearly defined pieces of work with agreed deliverables, success criteria and value measures, while prioritising the portfolio based on value, cost and feasibility. You’ll work closely with the Forward Deployed Engineering team to prepare each use case for delivery, making sure the right business ownership, data and governance are in place. After launch, you’ll monitor adoption and value, support training and communications, track spend and provide clear reporting to the AI SteerCo.
- Experience shaping and delivering technology change with business users, from initial concept through implementation and adoption.
- Strong portfolio, product or programme management capability, including prioritisation, budget tracking and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business problems into clear outcomes, KPIs and measures of value.
Desirable skills:
- Experience shaping and delivering technology change with business users, from initial concept through implementation and adoption.

AI & Digital Literacy
- Practical understanding of AI, data and software delivery, with the ability to work credibly with engineers and assess delivery and data readiness.
- Good understanding of AI governance and data protection; familiarity with GDPR, the EU AI Act or similar regulatory frameworks would be beneficial.
In line with EU pay transparency requirements, salary ranges will be shared with candidates in the EU before progressing to the next stage of the recruitment process, and always before interview. This range reflects the typical starting pay for new hires. Pay above this level may apply in specific circumstances based on experience, skills, or role scope.
