Imperial’s Faculty of Engineering carries out world-leading research in various engineering disciplines. The Engineering Research Services Post-Award team is responsible for a wide range of activities, including award set-up, financial reporting and claims in line with funder terms and conditions, invoicing, account reconciliation, regular account reviews, management of overheads and Full Economic (FEC) journals, and the delivery of both internal and external financial reporting.
This role supports the administration of research funding, including setting up budgets in the internal finance system, processing invoices, and resolving queries. Experience with research grants and contracts in higher education is desirable but not essential.
