Join the international student recruitment team at Imperial College London as the Regional Manager covering the South Asia and the Middle East and play a key role in shaping our global student recruitment strategy. Reporting to the Head of International Student Recruitment, you will lead innovative, data-driven recruitment initiatives that support growth and diversification across international markets while maintaining the exceptional quality of Imperial’s student community. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the University and around the world, you will drive strategic partnerships and deliver high-impact recruitment activity that strengthens Imperial’s global presence.
In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership of Student Recruitment in the Middle East and South Asia. You will:
- Strategically plan, organise, and execute Imperial’s Student Recruitment strategy across your region.
- Provide extensive expert knowledge of your region’s markets and associated admissions policies.
- Lead a small team of in‑country staff (based in India).
- Work with teams across Imperial to inform and influence future plans.
- Undertake extensive travel across the Middle East, South Asia, and outside of your region as required.
What we are looking for:
- Extensive experience recruiting students internationally and/or working overseas in a university environment.
- Substantial knowledge of the Middle East and South Asia including in relation to academic testing and Higher Education.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Insight and market research expertise with the ability to analyse data and measure ROI.
- Ability to travel for extended periods overseas, often over evenings and weekends.
