Are you passionate about student recruitment and widening participation? As a Student Recruitment & Outreach Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future undergraduate cohorts at Imperial Business School. You will lead recruitment strategies, manage outreach initiatives, and build relationships that attract high‑calibre and diverse students.
What you would be doing:
- Lead the development and delivery of undergraduate recruitment strategy in line with the UCAS cycle.
- Plan and deliver recruitment activity, including open days, school visits, webinars and offer-holder events.
- Manage enquiries from prospective students, parents and advisers, providing expert guidance.
- Design and implement outreach campaigns to build and convert the applicant pipeline using CRM and marketing tools.
- Develop partnerships with schools, colleges and external organisations to widen participation.
- Analyse recruitment data and produce reports to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across teams including marketing, admissions, outreach and academic departments.
