We are seeking to recruit a Programme Coordinator to work within Imperial Business School. The Business School is a world‑leading research institute, home to a suite of innovative MSc and MBA programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional team. You will be supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the Full‑Time and Weekend MBA programmes, providing the highest quality, professional administrative support to both academics and students.

Your approach to programme administration will focus on immaculate planning and execution, improving student experience, fostering innovation and driving continuous quality improvements.

What you would be doing:

  • Support the effective and efficient delivery of Business School programmes on‑campus.
  • Support the operation of administrative systems to manage the designated programmes.
  • Work flexibly to meet demanding service delivery and customer service requirements and to ensure an excellent student experience on your programmes.

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service‑oriented approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure, both independently and within a team.
  • Experience in the Higher Education sector is an advantage, as is an interest in business.
  • You should be an energetic, organised self‑starter with strong communication and analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent IT skills: MS Office packages, particularly Excel, Outlook, OneDrive and Teams.
