You will lead Imperial Business School's global experiences portfolio, shaping and delivering high-quality international immersions, study tours and partnerships that enhance the student experience and support the School's strategic goals.

Your role will combine strategic leadership with operational delivery, from working with academics and external partners to design impactful global programmes, to overseeing risk, travel, budgets, and student application processes. You will also drive innovation, build strong internal and external relationships, and help raise the School's global profile through outstanding experiences, partnerships, and operational excellence.

The Global team sits within the wider Student Life function, so alongside leading Global Experiences, you will contribute to broader community‐building activity that supports student engagement across the Business School. This is an exciting time to join a team that is evolving in response to growing demand, with a trial structure currently in place to support increasing levels of activity. As the team develops, the role is expected to evolve, with clearer areas of focus likely to emerge during the first 12 months as the structure is reviewed and refined.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience leading global experiences, events or operational delivery in a complex, fast‐paced environment.
  • Strong project, budget and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence in managing risk and delivering high‐quality outcomes.
  • Ability to build effective relationships across a wide range of internal and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a proactive, adaptable approach and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

What we can offer you:

  • The opportunity to lead and shape a high‐profile global experiences portfolio at Imperial Business School, part of a world‐leading institution.
  • A chance to play a key role in developing international partnerships, global immersions and innovative student experiences that directly support the School's reputation and strategic ambitions.
  • A varied leadership role within a dynamic Student Life team, with significant international travel and opportunities to represent the School across global partner networks, events and experiences.
  • The opportunity to continue your career at a world‐leading institution and be part of our mission to use science for humanity.
  • Benefit from a sector‐leading salary and remuneration package, including 41 days' annual leave and a generous pension scheme.
  • Access to a range of workplace benefits including flexible working, generous family leave, on‐site leisure facilities and a cycle‐to‐work scheme.
  • Interest‐free season ticket loan schemes for travel.
  • Be part of a diverse, inclusive and collaborative culture, with staff networks and resources to support your wellbeing and professional development.

This is a full time, open‐ended position based at South Kensington campus (hybrid).
