What you would be doing
Join Imperial College London as a Business Officer within the Transformation Team. Working with the Senior Managers across the whole team, you will lead on coordinating the team operational functions and business and administrative support needs. You will be working closely with the Director of Transformation, as well as team Directors and University governance teams, leading on team objective tracking and managing the learning and development budget. You will be line managing the Team Administrative Assistant, allocating and prioritising their work and monitoring individual progress and performance.

- Experience working with senior stakeholders (C-suite level) and producing high-quality work for this audience and Senior Managers
- Experience supporting teams with the adoption of new ways of working
- Working to short deadlines and dealing with emerging high-profile situations
- Experience of providing secretariat support
- Experience of working and responding independently and dealing with unforeseen problems and circumstances

This is a full-time, fixed-term maternity cover for 12 months. This is a temporary appointment to cover the duties of a member of staff whilst they are on maternity leave. The fixed term tenure given above may change should the member of staff exercise their right to return to work earlier or delay their return to work. This role sits within the Transformation team at Imperial College and reports to the Deputy Chief Transformation Officer (Director of Transformation).
