As an Assistant Contracts Negotiator, you will play a vital role in supporting world-class academic research by managing low-complexity, high-volume contracts.
These include Confidentiality Agreements (CDAs/NDAs), Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs), and Amendment/Variation Agreements.
You’ll be part of a dynamic team that ensures timely and accurate processing of essential research-related agreements.
What you would be doing
In this role, you will
- Review and process standardised contract templates and low-risk agreements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with institutional policies.
- Support the Contracts Negotiator in managing urgent requests and maintaining service continuity.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the team’s contract portfolio clean-up and archiving initiatives.
You will be working with a wide range of internal teams and external partners, helping to facilitate collaborations while safeguarding the university’s interests.
