- Job Summary
The Motorcycle Courier will collect medical samples from clients and deliver them safely to company premises, as well as deliver reports, supplies and other goods to clients across the UK.
The role is based near the HSL satellite lab but requires travel to various locations.
Responsibilities
- Collect samples and deliver them to company premises per courier procedures.
- Deliver reports, supplies and other goods to clients.
- Ensure communication procedures are operational during duties.
- Handle blood transfusion and major haemorrhage situations as required.
- Maintain accurate records and return all documentation on time.
- Operate within safety and quality standards of the healthcare environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Own motorbike 500cc or larger.
- Own courier insurance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- DBS Check (standard) – required as part of onboarding.
