Responsibilities
- Perform routine preparation and tests, including basic analytical processes, accurately and efficiently under the supervision of qualified BMS staff.
- Enter patient requests into the pathology computer system (Win Path and Helix) and carry out clerical and technical tasks in accordance with sample handling procedures.
- Assist in handling and distribution of incoming and outgoing goods, equipment, specimens and reagents.
- Manage the laboratory users’ Helpdesk.
- Participate in shifts to cover 24/7 service, including on-site testing of acutely unwell patients for COVID.
