As a Helpdesk Administrator you will be part of a highly motivated team that manages customer service for the Laboratory Services department. Your main duties will include:
- Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Processing orders, returns and exchanges.
- Providing product information and recommendations to customers.
- Managing document record keeping.
- Tracking and prioritising queries from Laboratories or internal teams.
- Co‑ordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective laboratory services.
- Providing training to new helpdesk staff on standard operating procedures.
