Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Burnley. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing the sales process. This includes conducting market research, creating sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth. The role also involves meeting sales targets, analyzing business trends, and representing the company at industry events and meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Strong skills in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
- Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
- Strategic Planning and Contract Management expertise
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to analyze business trends and develop actionable strategies
- Leadership and collaborative team-working capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the oral hygiene or consumer products industry is an advantage
