General
- Support the Production and General Management teams on day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
- Attend internal and external meetings.
- Provide pastoral care to cast, creatives and production staff when required.
- Maintain production trackers, schedules and budgets under supervision.
- Provide general office support, including filing, note‑taking and meeting preparation.
- Assist Producers with research, dramaturgy support and creative development tasks as required.
Contracting
- Draft basic contract paperwork.
- Support contracting administration.
- Liaise with Agents, Creatives and Production Departments where appropriate.
Entertaining
- Support the execution of Opening Nights and Special Events on all SFP productions as required.
- Create gift proposals for Special Events.
Human Resources
- Support company management with cast change logistics and onboarding.
- Provide logistical support for auditions, including checking audition spaces and readers.
Travel and Accommodation
- Support the production team to arrange travel and accommodation.
- Collate welcome packs for visiting company members.
- Support visa applications by collating the relevant documentation.
Financial Administration
- Collect and track invoices to ensure suppliers are paid on time.
- Reconcile production petty cash cards.
Investment
- Assist the business affairs team with investment documents as required.
Marketing
- Attend Marketing meetings.
- Proofread marketing materials.
- Collate biographies and headshots.
- Support the marketing team to collate press packs.
(General Management tasks will be included as part of the placement’s learning experience.)
