- Up to 76 hours per fortnight

Supported Independent Living
As a SIL provider, Songbird offers disability accommodation and daily life assistance so that participants can achieve as much independence as possible. We provide 24/7 supported living homes throughout the Hunter region, including Maitland, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Raymond Terrace, Cessnock and beyond!

Do you have?
- Demonstrated leadership capability including effective communication and negotiation skills
- A team-focused approach
- Good problem solving capability and attention to detail
- Experience working with participants that require support with both behavioural and medical needs
Industry Requirements:
- A Certificate III or higher in Disability, Individual Support or Aged Care, or be enrolled in your second year of study towards your higher qualification in a relevant field (required)
- 1 year’s experience within the Disability, Health, and/or Care industry required (behaviour support and mental health experience preferred)
- A Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (required)
- NDIS Worker Screen Check (required)
- Valid Australian Driver Licence (Red Provisional – minimum) (required).
