Role Overview: They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining industrial refrigeration and process cooling equipment across the South East, with a focus on delivering top-tier customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and repair process cooling and industrial refrigeration equipment, ensuring all systems are running efficiently and reliably.
- Provide outstanding customer service while working on client sites, ensuring all needs are met with professionalism and expertise.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with process cooling and refrigeration systems in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Be flexible with travel across the South East (Chelmsford, Cambridge, Peterborough).
