SONDR met with one of the industries leading chiller manufacturers today who outlined some very exciting plans and are looking for an ambitious, driven, Air Conditioning Engineer who is looking to further progress their career. They're a global manufacturer who supply chillers, air conditioning units & air source heat pumps. They work across various different sectors including: mission critical, industrial, commercial & life sciences. They have some really exciting growth plans and are looking to expand across the UK. Whilst they are a large organisation, they are known for their great culture which is very non-corporate and far more of a family feel. They have great staff retention rates to prove it, with a lot of their leavers looking to return to the business afterwards! They are currently looking for an Air Conditioning with around 3/4 years experience, who is now looking to further develop their career. You will have a base knowledge of Air Conditioning and will be trained up as a Chiller Engineer. Package: * £35,000-£38,000 (experience dependant) * Door to Door Travel * Unlimited Overtime * Great Pension * 33 days holiday Training: They have in-house manufacturer training for both Chillers & Air Source Heat Pumps.
