We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Account Director to lead our efforts in delivering exceptional complex care services, with a specialized focus on spinal injuries. As the Account Director , you will be instrumental in building and nurturing client relationships, driving growth, and ensuring the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities:

Market Development

• In conjunction with the Managing Director, develop brand awareness for Libertatem through creation of marketing materials, thought leadership, and networking.
• Ensure presence at conferences and training events to position us as a high-quality specialist provider.
• Increase the number of case managers we work with through networking and developing long-term relationships.

Client Relationship Leadership:

• Oversee and cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor in complex care for spinal injuries.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and align our services accordingly.

Strategic Account Management:

• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive growth by identifying new opportunities within the spinal injury care landscape.

Service Excellence and Optimization:

• Lead efforts to optimize service delivery, working with clinical teams to meet patient needs.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction.

Contractual Oversight:

• Manage contracts related to spinal injury care, ensuring compliance, profitability, and satisfaction.
• Address contractual issues proactively and seek mutually beneficial solutions.
