Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking to recruit experienced Female support workers to support our young client who has Cerebral Palsy living in Wrexham. Due to client needs, previous applicants need not apply.
Hours: Monday β Friday, 7am-8pm; 1 weekend in 4 (Saturday and Sunday, 7am-6pm).
Responsibilities include assisting with:
- Providing encouragement and motivation
- Driving her to and from school
- Full personal care
- Assisting with rehabilitation programs
Training & background checks: An enhanced DBS check and full training will be provided. Support will be available from our clinical lead nurse. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in support work alongside experienced therapists and professionals.
Double Covid vaccination may be mandatory depending on the clientβs needs.
