Libertatem Healthcare are seeking to recruit *Due to our clients needs* a Female Cerebral Palsy Support Worker. Our Client is a 8 year old girl who is non verbal, who lives with her parents in a bungalow in Bath.

Hours

Week 1: Mon,Wed,Fri 14.15-20.00
Week 2: Mon,Wed,Fri 14.15-20.00 Sat 12.00-16.00

Responsibilities
Provide support with personal care, transfers including a ceiling hoist.
Driving the client in her WAV- Manual
Working alongside a full MDT which is already in place
Assisting the client into the community.
Working alongside SALT.
Assisting with all hydration and nutritional needs.
Training & Background Checks
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
