Enviva, part of the Sonderwell Group, is looking for Complex Care Assistants in the Romford area.

Our onboarding process is thorough. As a new employee, you\’ll complete training and a paid induction, shadowing a team member to understand your role and meet your colleagues. Your colleagues and management team will support you during induction, helping you apply your training and answer questions. You\’ll build your support network from day one, including your management team, colleagues, and support departments.

You will support clients in their own homes, assisting with their daily routines.

Your day-to-day activities may include:

• NG tube feeding
• Medication administration via NG tube
• Dystonia management
• Personal care
