Role & Responsibilities
- Consulting. Lead 'content calls' with our clients, asking the right questions to uncover insights that inspire compelling, strategic content. Interact multiple times a week with clients, answering questions and keeping them informed.
- Copywriting. Write intelligent, strategic and appealing thought leadership content for clients' LinkedIn.
- Relationship management. Build, nurture, retain, and grow client relationships.
- Research. Monitor industry and cultural trends to craft reactive content.
- Reporting. Report weekly to your line manager and other relevant stakeholders.
- Business initiative. Proactively support the wider business, your peers, and the leadership team in making process improvements, implementing change, and evolving our culture.
