Responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of all new Revenue Managers, providing on the job observations and coaching to ensure consistent training across the team.
Conduct observations of Revenue team members and deliver timely feedback to develop their skills and abilities.
Provide input to enhance and develop tools for better and more efficient analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, economics, or finance; or equivalent training, education, and experience. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum ten (10) years of related experience in a quantitative, strategic, or consulting role with progressive supervisory and/or project management experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in revenue management software and tools, such as revenue management systems (OneYield is a plus) and property management systems (Opera).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decision-making; prior marketing experience preferred.
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic, evolving industry landscape.
