We’re Sonder. We build personal brands for senior business leaders worldwide.

Our human-led approach harnesses the full LinkedIn ecosystem and complementary channels to cultivate visibility, authority, and trust.

Our Culture – A Snapshot

  • Learning. You’ll gain exposure to the wisdom and insights of our international clients at the top of their industries — spanning topics from leadership and AI to energy transition and artist management. At Sonder, every day is a school day.
  • Transparency. We believe in open leadership. We share openly about finances, strategy, and the decisions we make — often making those decisions together. This means you don’t just learn your craft, but also how to build and manage a business.
  • Growth. If you want to grow quickly, you can and will at Sonder. When you go above and beyond for our clients, we’ll go above and beyond for you. Progress here is exponential compared with other, more traditional environments.
  • Team Spirit. Everyone at Sonder works across all accounts. Everyone has a seat at the table and a voice that’s heard. We hold each other accountable, support one another, and ultimately win — and lose — together.
  • Flexibility. While we work hard, we trust our people to manage their time in a way that works best for them. We focus on output, not presenteeism — giving you the freedom to do your best work, wherever you are.

Experience/Training

Strong writing experience is important for this role, but you don’t need any prior personal branding or consulting experience. If you’re bright, hardworking, confident, and kind, you’ll do brilliantly here. We’ll give you all the training and support you need to feel confident, grow quickly, and succeed with us.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Consulting. Lead 'content calls' with our clients, asking the right questions to uncover insights that inspire compelling, strategic content. Interact multiple times a week with clients, answering questions and keeping them informed.
  • Copywriting. Write intelligent, strategic and appealing thought leadership content for clients’ LinkedIn.
  • Relationship management. Build, nurture, retain, and grow client relationships.
  • Research. Monitor industry and cultural trends to craft reactive content.
  • Reporting. Report weekly to your line manager and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Business initiative. Proactively support the wider business, your peers, and the leadership team in making process improvements, implementing change, and evolving our culture.

Key Qualities

  • Professional. You’ll demonstrate professionalism at all times: polite, diligent, proactive, and kind.
  • Confident. Clients need to feel they’re speaking to a specialist. You’ll make them feel safe in your presence while also challenging them to open up.
  • Interesting. You’ll bring new ideas and energy to both your clients and your team.
  • Interested. You’ll love learning, researching, observing, and drawing insights.
  • All-in. Someone who wants to grow with the company, succeed together, and not just “do a job.”
  • A personality. You like people and are comfortable being fully client-facing.

Practical Expectations

  • Role is full-time (5 days / 40 hours per week).
  • Flexible working hours and location — we care about output, not where or when you log in.
  • This role is offered on a self-employed contractor basis. We provide full setup guidance and ongoing support to ensure a smooth working relationship.
