* Prepare all weekly, monthly, quarterly forecasts and budgets using appropriate systems and tools* Use specialist knowledge of the hotels and markets to produce and maintain hotel forecasts using prescribed tools* Prepare Annual Region Operating Plan revenue proposals* Perform OneYield forecast validation process on a regular basis to identify changes in trends and opportunities to enhance OneYield forecasts* Maintain OneYield interface where automated rate shopping is configured to ensure the yield system is configured for pricing adjustments appropriately.* Proactively identify peak nights and peak periods to set KPI targets and action plans* Identify demand troughs and lead an action plan* Responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of all new Revenue Managers, providing on the job observations and coaching to ensure consistent training across the team* Conducts observations of Revenue team members and delivers timely feedback to develop their skills and abilities* Provides input to enhance and develop tools for better and more efficient analysis* Bachelor\’s degree in a related field, such as business administration, economics, or finance; or equivalent training, education, and experience. Master\’s degree preferred.* Minimum ten (10) years of related experience in a quantitative, strategic, or consulting role with progressive supervisory and/or project management experience* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.* Proficiency in revenue management software and tools, such as revenue management systems (OneYield is a plus) and property management systems (Opera).* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decision-making; prior marketing experience preferred.* Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic, evolving industry landscape.* Intellectually curious and self-motivated entrepreneurs* Passion for driving business impact* Creative thinkers who devise novel approaches to problem solving* Demonstrated interest in analyzing and presenting data, using Excel, SQL, Tableau or related software* Certification in revenue management (e.g., Certified Revenue Management Executive – CRME) is a plus* Competitive compensation* Medical, dental and vision insurance (where applicable)* Flexible vacation* Wellness and volunteering days* Annual free credits and discounts to stay in Sonders* Workplace flexibility (for remote-specified positions only) #ABetterWaytoWork### Our Benefits & Perks**Competitive Salaries** We strive to be at or above market rates for base salaries.**Stock Options** Our Success is your success.
