Operating under the guidance of our Medical Director and Clinical Leadership team, you will play a key role in our 24/7 support centre. This position is a 12‑month contract.
What you’ll be doing:

- Utilise the Manchester Tele‑Triage System (MTS) to assess and follow up with patients.
- Determine urgency and criticality of member conditions to facilitate appropriate referrals.
- Coordinate with mental health services, emergency services, and other healthcare facilities as needed.
- Make appointments on behalf of members and ensure continuous care by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide referrals to counselling and partner services according to member needs.
- Carry out follow‑up calls to evaluate the need for further assistance and support continuity of care.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and mental health professionals to deliver the most appropriate outcomes for patients.

What you bring to the team:
- Bachelor of Nursing/BSc(Hons) registered with the NMC board without restrictions.
- Band 6 experience with a strong background in accident and emergency.
- Required nursing experience: Triage (mandatory), Emergency Department (mandatory), and Mental Health.
Why join Sonder:
- Hybrid and flexible working environment that balances in‑office collaboration with work‑from‑home flexibility.
- 25 days annual leave plus public holidays.
