About the role
Weâre hiring a foundational Account Executive to accelerate Sonderâs growth in the UK. This role is ideal for a driven, commercially astute seller who knows how to run a disciplined enterprise sales process, understands complex buying journeys, and enjoys building something meaningful in a high-growth environment.
What youâll be doing:
- Own the full sales cycle across enterprise and midâmarket accounts.
- Build and progress a strong, predictable pipeline through consistent outbound, partner engagement, and structured qualification.
- Run highâquality discovery and shape compelling value propositions aligned to risk, wellbeing, and commercial outcomes.
- Navigate multiâstakeholder buying groups and move deals forward with clarity, pace, and strong commercial judgement.
- Develop persuasive proposals, negotiate confidently, and close with discipline.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and structured deal management.
- Partner with Solutions, Marketing, and Customer Success to strengthen opportunities and ensure smooth handover postâsale.

What weâre looking for:
- 2 to 5 years of fullâcycle B2B sales experience, with evidence of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strength in running structured sales processes such as MEDDIC or similar.
- Comfortable with longer, complex cycles and senior stakeholder engagement across HR, Wellbeing, Safety, and Procurement.
- Confident analysing data, using CRM tools, and prioritising accounts with intent.
- Ability to articulate value and ROI clearly, tailoring messages for Câsuite and functional leaders.
- Experience selling technology or serviceâbased solutions into enterprise or midâmarket environments.
- Bias for action, calling out risks and improvement opportunities, rolling up your sleeves and owning outcomes.
Highly regarded:
- SaaS experience.
- Exposure to Challenger, MEDDPICC, or other rigorous methodologies.
- Experience selling into UK HR, risk, health, safety, or wellbeing functions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Full right to work in the UK.
- Located within commuting distance of Central London, working 3+ days from our office.
