We are looking for someone who breathes hospitality operations and is energised by the opportunity to maximise, motivate, and inspire a team to deliver an amazing Sonder guest experience. Our Sonder locations are distributed across a city in different shapes, sizes, ages, and styles, and we pride ourselves on offering a hotel-like service.
The Opportunity:
- Follow best practices around preparing, performing and completing tasks
- Assist Warehouse Lead in setting up and maintaining back of house operations across Sonder’s portfolio to support day-to-day operations including Property Management, Hospitality, housekeeping, and laundry
- Shipping / Receiving
- Use of the Sonder van to execute timely deliveries
- Regularly move and lift boxes up to 80lbs
- Pack linen for our housekeeping partner
- Prepare linen pickups for our linen partner
- Problem solve quickly and confidently
- Provide support on in-building storage cleanups
- Tech-savvy: this role requires an ability to use Google sheets, Inventory Management Systems, Slack, and Asana. SQL experience is a plus but not required.
