Opportunity

Front Desk Hospitality Agent – your role as the face of Sonder, creating an exceptional first impression for guests, visitors, and partners. From guiding guests through the technology‑rich Sonder experience to resolving guest issues and maintaining a welcoming environment, you will collaborate closely with team members across front‑desk and back‑of‑house functions.

  • Guide guests through the Sonder app and self‑service features, ensuring they maximize their stay.
  • Communicate with guests in‑person and digitally to anticipate and address needs, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Own guest interactions to find resolutions and accommodate requests whenever possible.
  • Maintain, clean, and organize guest‑facing and back‑of‑house spaces.
  • Support the back‑of‑house team with housekeeping audits, inventory checks, minor maintenance and technology issues.
  • Support multiple properties in the local market as required.
  • Assist market leadership with administrative tasks to keep operations smooth and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • In applicable markets, set up breakfast buffet tables, serve breakfast, and follow HACCP standards.

Qualifications
