Job Title: Structured Finance Associate – Mid-Senior Level Location: London, UK (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: Mid-Senior Associate (4–7 PQE) About the Role A leading international law firm is seeking a talented and ambitious Structured Finance Associate to join its growing Finance practice in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with a strong background in structured finance transactions to work on high-value, cross-border matters alongside some of the most respected practitioners in the field. Key Responsibilities Advise on a broad range of structured finance transactions, including securitisations, asset-backed financings, and portfolio sales. Draft and negotiate complex financing documents and related agreements. Provide strategic advice to clients including banks, investment funds, financial institutions, and corporates. Collaborate with colleagues across multiple practice areas to deliver innovative solutions. Contribute to business development and client relationship management initiatives. About You Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction). 4–7 years’ post-qualification experience in structured finance gained at a top-tier law firm. Strong technical knowledge of structured finance and securitisation. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple complex matters with a high degree of autonomy. Commercial mindset with a collaborative, client-focused approach.
