An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Equity Associate to join the growing London office of a highly regarded international law firm.

You'll work closely with an experienced private equity team advising leading sponsors, portfolio companies and management teams on a broad range of high-value transactions.

The role offers exposure to acquisitions, disposals, investments, bolt-on acquisitions, management incentive arrangements and general portfolio company matters, with a strong mix of domestic and cross-border work.

Associates are given early responsibility, meaningful client contact and the opportunity to work on some of the market's most sophisticated transactions.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years' PQE gained at a leading UK, US or international law firm.
  • Strong experience advising on private equity transactions.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
  • England & Wales qualified (or equivalent qualification with relevant UK transactional experience).
