An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Commercial Litigation practice of a leading international law firm in London. You'll advise corporates, financial institutions and other major clients on a broad range of complex commercial disputes, working closely with partners on high-value litigation, contractual disputes, shareholder actions and other business-critical contentious matters.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years' PQE gained at a leading UK, US or international law firm.
  • Experience advising on commercial litigation, contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, civil fraud, financial services disputes or other complex contentious matters.
  • Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience managing matters and working directly with clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and cross-border teams.
