About the team
This is a close-knit, senior team with a technically strong, collaborative culture and a clear focus on giving clients commercial, practical advice rather than just legal analysis. - Advising multinational clients on privacy compliance, cyber readiness and online safety obligations
- Cross-border data transfer projects, including Binding Corporate Rules
- Drafting and negotiating data protection and privacy-related contractual terms
- Advising on the privacy and cyber angles of AI deployment and governance
- Responding to major cyber incidents, including breach notification and regulator liaison across jurisdictions
- Supporting clients through regulatory investigations and enforcement matters
- Keeping across fast-moving digital regulation as it develops
- Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the team's profile and business development

Ideal candidates will have broad experience in some or all of the following, gained at a well-regarded UK or international firm and a strong academic background.
