You'll advise banks, alternative lenders, private credit funds, sponsors and borrowers on a broad range of sophisticated real estate finance transactions, including investment, development, refinancing and cross-border financings, working closely with partners on complex, high-value mandates.
- 5+ years' PQE gained at a leading UK, US or international law firm.
- Experience advising on a broad range of real estate finance transactions, including investment, development and leveraged financings.
