Sonder Consultants is partnering with an elite international law firm seeking a mid‑level associate to join its market‑leading Patent Litigation team in London. This team acts on some of the most complex, multi‑jurisdictional patent disputes in Europe — spanning biotech, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices — with matters frequently coordinated across the UK, EU, and US.
You’ll be working closely with highly respected IP litigators in the industry, advising household‑name clients and protecting innovation at the cutting edge of life sciences.
Responsibilities- Handle complex, cross‑border patent disputes involving life‑science technologies;
- Collaborate with senior litigators and clients;
- Prepare and conduct litigation plans;
- Maintain awareness of regulatory and international IP developments.
- Significant experience in patent disputes (ideally within life sciences);
- Background in science, engineering, or life sciences law is advantageous;
- 3–5 years’ PQE gained within a leading IP practice.
