This is a role for someone who loves both creativity and tech. You’ll support the delivery of day-to-day marketing campaigns while also testing new tools, exploring automation opportunities, and helping evolve how we work. We’re looking for someone organised, curious, and confident using digital tools — someone who loves solving problems, experimenting with content, and finding better ways of doing things.
About Us: We’re a global legal recruitment consultancy with offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, Sydney, and Hong Kong. We connect the world’s top legal talent with leading law firms and pride ourselves on doing things differently – with bold ideas, a sharp global brand, and a deep understanding of our markets. We’re scaling fast and exploring the use of AI and automation in recruitment marketing. You’ll play a key role in bringing this to life while also supporting global marketing execution.
The Role:
- Marketing Execution: Support the delivery of multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, web, etc.). Schedule and manage social media posts across global markets. Upload and edit content (articles, podcasts, videos) across platforms. Help recruiters improve their LinkedIn and digital presence. Assist in campaign reporting, using tools like Google Analytics or native platforms.
- Innovation & Digital Development: Test and recommend AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and creativity. Build simple automations (e.g. email workflows, lead-gen integrations, content workflows). Collaborate with internal teams to improve user experience on the website and digital platforms. Stay ahead of digital and AI trends, sharing ideas to keep us at the cutting edge.
- Creative Contribution: Contribute to campaign ideas, content formats, and brand initiatives. Help us explore new creative formats (e.g. video, data visualisation, interactive content). Bring energy to brainstorms and campaign planning sessions.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, digital, or creative roles.
- A passion for tech and innovation — you enjoy experimenting with new tools.
- Strong written and visual communication skills.
- Experience with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, CMS platforms, LinkedIn, and basic analytics.
- Passion for tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Zapier or Figma.
- Website (particularly Webflow) skills are a plus.
- Detail-oriented and organised — able to juggle tasks across global time zones.
- Ambition to grow in a role that spans both creative and digital territory.
What You’ll Get:
- Global business with high-impact, varied work.
- Space to own your ideas, try new things, and shape the future of our function.
- Collaborative and entrepreneurial culture — we value bold ideas and honest conversations.
- A team that’s genuinely passionate about what they do.
- Full development support and clear promotion guidelines.
- Secondment opportunities to our international offices.
- Bonus for high performance.
- The chance to work with a brand that values individuality, creativity, and integrity.
