As Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving our brand visibility, digital presence, and content strategy. Reporting to our Global Head of Marketing, you’ll work across offices and teams to deliver creative campaigns, engaging content, and sharp insights that resonate with our audiences—lawyers, law firms, and industry professionals.
- Create and manage content for LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Update and manage website content, landing pages, and blog articles
- Support video production, including scripting, storyboarding, and editing
- Track campaign performance and report on key marketing metrics
- Work closely with our operations team, recruiters and senior leadership to understand business goals and tailor marketing activity accordingly
- Help to manage and qualify leads that come into the business
2+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally in professional services or recruitment. Excellent writing skills, and attention to detail are a must. Confident using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar for basic design work. Creative, organised, and proactive. A genuine interest in developing a career within recruitment marketing.
