An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Private Equity Transactions practice of a leading international law firm in London.

Working as part of a highly regarded private equity team, you'll advise leading sponsors, investment funds and portfolio companies on a broad range of complex transactions.

The role offers exposure to leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and disposals, management equity, portfolio company matters and other sponsor-led transactions, with the opportunity to work on high-value domestic and cross-border mandates.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years' PQE gained at a leading UK, US or international law firm.
  • Experience advising on private equity transactions, including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, disposals, investments and portfolio company matters.
  • Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience managing transactions and working directly with sponsors and other sophisticated clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • England & Wales qualified, or equivalent qualification with relevant UK private equity experience.
