A leading US law firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Associate of 2-5 PQE to join its team in London. The firm is a destination for many top tier lawyers in London and the tax team are considered one of the best in the City with some of the most prominent tax partners in the City resident.
The role will focus on M&A tax and offers the opportunity to work on some of the largest and most complex M&A deals in the market.
Requirements:- 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate tax from a magic circle, silver circle or leading US firm.
- You will have an exemplary academic record.
- The want and drive to work on market leading transactions.
