Job Description
An opportunity for a midlevel to senior associate (3-6 PQE) to join a top-tier international disputes team in London, specialising in high-value complex commercial litigation.
The role offers immediate involvement in high-stakes, cross-border disputes and interim relief matters, with exposure to a range of global clients and a clear path for progression in a supportive, ambitious environment.
The Role Involves:
- Managing complex commercial litigation across sectors, including financial services, banking and investigations
- Advising corporates, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals on contentious risk and litigation strategy.
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and substantive applications for High Court proceedings.
- Representing clients at hearings, mediations, and key settlement negotiations.
- Contributing to thought leadership, business development and client outreach initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction).
- 3-6 PQE in complex commercial litigation.
- Proven experience with High Court litigation
