The role offers exposure to M&A, private equity, financing, restructuring and investment fund matters, with the opportunity to work alongside leading corporate and finance teams on high-value domestic and cross-border mandates. 3 years' PQE gained at a leading UK, US or international law firm. • Experience advising on the tax aspects of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, financing, restructuring or investment funds matters. • England & Wales qualified, or equivalent qualification with relevant UK corporate tax experience.
