You'll advise financial institutions and multinational corporates on complex internal investigations, financial crime, sanctions, fraud and corporate compliance matters, working closely with partners on high-profile cross-border mandates.
Requirements:
- 1β4 years' PQE gained at a leading UK, US or international law firm.
- Experience advising on regulatory investigations, white-collar crime, financial crime, sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption, or corporate compliance matters.
- Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
- Experience managing matters in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- England & Wales qualified (or equivalent qualification with relevant UK investigations experience).
