You'll advise private equity sponsors, institutional investors, developers and multinational corporates on a broad range of high-value real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and portfolio investments, working closely with market-leading partners on complex cross-border matters. 2–6 years' PQE gained at a leading UK, US or international law firm. • Experience advising on complex corporate real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and real estate aspects of wider corporate deals. • This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading team with exposure to premium-quality real estate transactions, sophisticated international clients and genuine long-term career progression.
